There will be no special bilingual programs in the schools, no special ballots for elections, all government business will be conducted in our language. Foreigners will NOT have the right to vote no matter how long they are here.

Foreigners will NEVER be able to hold political office Foreigners will not be a burden to the taxpayers. No
welfare, no food stamps, no health care, or other government assistance programs.

Foreigners can invest in this country, but it must be an amount equal to 40,000 times the daily minimum wage.
If foreigners do come and want to buy land that will be okay, BUT options will be restricted.
You are not allowed waterfront property. That is reserved for citizens naturally born into this country.

Foreigners may not protest; no demonstrations, no waving a foreign flag, no political organizing, no bad-mouthing
our president or his policies, if you do you will be sent home.

If you do come to this country illegally, you will be hunted down and sent straight to jail.

The above laws happen to be the current immigration laws of
MEXICO.

True or not, we are not Mexico! The real question is why aren't we prosecuting the employers as well the the politicians who refuse to allocate the funds to stem the problem.

The facts are those who are crossing the borders illegally are breaking our laws which makes them Criminals not illegals, criminals. They are invading our country so thus they are also Invaders. Lets call it for what it is this is a Criminal Invasion being encouraged by Criminal Co-conspirators, Traitors to this country.

Lets cut the crap about all this Political Correctness. The Democrats want to appease the Hispanic Community and the Catholic Church there by winning the hearts of the Invaders so they will vote for them, however illegal that may be - at least as illegal as having dead people vote in elections, and the Republicans don't make a move because its good for business. If you don't believe this to be true try pushing the idea of Nationalizing businesses that are proven to violate he Immigration Laws with impunity.
Until we have people who are willing to revolt against the status quo in Washington nothing will be solved and our country will go the way of Kosovo.

IMMIGRATION is not the true issue.

It is ILLEGAL immigration that breeds a sub culture that is being exploited by American Business.

Dirt wages paid to illegal aliens who dare not complain for fear of being ratted out to the INS by their own employer. This leads to falling wages in American and legal immigrant work forces. Why pay a decent living wage if you can get it done for next to nothing by illegal aliens, and pocket the difference?

This dose not even address the effect on taxpayers who have to absorb the cost of providing education and housing to illegal aliens who are not paying taxes and are to poor to pay for medical treatment or in some cases to feed themselves.

I am all in favor of allowing legal immigration and legal guest workers with a minimum wage to be paid so they do not become a way to outsource jobs without moving the factory. But we must put an end to illegal aliens, whether they want to immigrate or just work and send money home. And the way to start is to enact laws with HUGE penalties for hiring an illegal alien. Send a few CEO's to jail and the problem may solve itself. What ever happened to all the talk about 'market forces'? IF there is such a shortage of workers willing to do the job, why is the wage stagnant or going down, like in the construction, agricultural and hospitality industries? If you need a worker and can not find one in the US work force, you are either offering to little pay for the job, or you need to sponsor a legal worker to come here from Mexico or wherever to work for you.

Don't know about all that. What I do know is that through out the past several decades many American as well as Mexican Americans. Would go south of the the border to kick it with the senoritas at brothels where most ere underaged. I believe they call them 'Boyz Town,or/and La Zona'. Some even would parent kids wit them as I have been told. Who knows how things used to be or are...

No you don't go to Jail, you just get sent back, you will be held until in detention until such time transportation is available..

No one is allowed to own beach front property..

It does not make sense that someone who is not a citizen be allowed to vote or hold public office..

To the best of my knowledge, this is the case in Mexico. My sister went there with school and the chaperones told them all pretty much the same thing.

Even if it is true, do we want America to be more like Mexico? Maybe if Mexico embraced immigration instead of emmigration it would have a more vibrant economy?

Yes, and that's not the half of it. Mexico has very strict immigration laws and they vigorously enforce them.

I don't know if this is true or not but it would be a darn good idea for the USA to follow.
