I think these are bug bites ebcause when I scratch they don't sprad. I've since noticed them on other parts of my body as well. I've had them for a few days now and they're still here! I've tried an oatmeal bath, they're not gouing anywhere. Is there anything else that will make them at LEAST shrink?

It is only a dozen on my entire body. It doesn't resemble goosebumps, as one commenters suggestion of possible condition does.

Whoaa.. maybe you are getting bitten and don't even know it. Spray OFF! lotion all over yourself. And for the bites that have already been bitten, use After Bite. You can get them at drugstores.
