All teenagers get this first of all. Its part of puberty. One night of this wont help. Try it for atleast a week. If that doesnt work try something else. If many things do not work for you, go to a dermotologist.

What would really be the best thing to do is STOP purchasing skin care products from local stores. You need to get good MEDICAL GRADE skin care. The best and most affordable is SkinMedica. They have a line for acne Prone skin. You'll spend about $30 on face wash, $20-$30 on toner and $30-$40 on moisturizer. It sounds pricey but the wonderful thing about these products is a very little goes a long way! They will last you 4-6 months. If you really cannot afford that Avon has a skin care line called "True Pore-Fection", I believe each product is $7.50

It sounds like you're on the right track with some of the products that you've chosen. I've not used the Clean & Clear one but I have used Oil of Olay products and have found them to be very good. You want to give them some time to work though; most skin care products (if they do work) are not going to show results right away. Try using them for at least a month and if you're not happy with the results try something else. If you end up not happy with Clean & Clear or Oil of Olay you might want to try Neutrogena's products. They're available in most drugstores and are around the same price as Oil of Olay. They have some good products for oily skin. Good luck!

Stop using the Olay warming deep purifying cleanser - I had acne & those kinds of products irritated my skin.
The main ingredient in Proactive is benzoyl peroxide so you might want to consider products w/ salicylic acid instead.
Neutrogena makes good ones: http://www.neutrogena.com/ProductsDetails_350.asp?lProductLineID=1

If these don't help, see your doctor or dermatologist. Acne itself isn't a big deal but it can leave scars. A doctor can prescribe topical antibiotics and Retin-A if necessary.

im sorry your allergic to proactive, it works for me, i didnt start breaking out until 14 or 15, i think it has something to do with the way you eat........and how active you are, for girls its more technical, but anyways, there is another famous, or atleast well known acne fighter out there. I think its murad or something that starts with an M................i could get proactive till i was 17, cuz then i started working for my own money, and i could finally buy it, so ask your parents to take you to a dermatologist, i dont recomend using too many products that are out there, it will really hurt your skin in the long run, i think since your goin through puberty, it should lighten up on you in a year or two......good luck with it....

Why don't you try steaming your face? All of the oil and dirt will come out of your pores! Just microwave a small, damp towel and put it on the areas with blackheads. After that, rinse your face with a mild face wash. You should see your face clearing up! after a few weeks!

It sounds like you are on the right track. Persa gel 10% is good. You can use biore pore strips to get some of the blackheads out.
Oh and if you want reviews of products go on http://www.makeupalley.com

Best advise is, learn to cope with your pubert skin for a years or two, and continue to keep it clean and use even ol' Noxema pads to wipe up the oil. Eventually, your skin will look better than it does now.
