Hi i wanna know if i bike evryday and then lift weights and then do 15 pushups and 60 crunches will i lose significant weight?
Im about 5 10 and i guess thats what u can consider tall because most people would say im tall and weigh around 195 pounds and to tell the truth i dont look really fat and many people woudnt know im fat but i wanna be able to take my shirt off without being ashamed...

P.S I have basically a month to lose weight before heading out for a vacation so could u tell me how much weight i shud lose in that amount of time with my regime

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Couldn't hurt.
everyone is different in the weight loss area at times.
i'd say probably at least 10-20 lbs. depends on your metabolism.
