I'd much rather see prison space and funding be spent on keeping people like child molesters, rapists and domestic abusers in prison. Until there is room to keep those types in for life, I'd rather not waste the space on those you asked about.

If it was my choice make them slaves and let them worm with biolagists and enviromentelest forthe rest of their life and dont pay them anything,but slavery is illegal.Giving them a life sentence in prision wont help if i was a judge ill give them 8 years in a correctional facilaties.
