What are some exercises that I can do at home to become faster at running. If theres not then say theres not

A stronger core will help. Do crunches. Also just being stronger will help--do pushups and squats. Jump roping will help.

Actually there are. You can do some stretching exercises that will help your muscles keep they tone. Try stretching and counting to 8 exercises. Likes the ones we used to do in middle school before a run, remember? Those really work.

To strengthen your quads try wall sits. "Sit" with your back against the wall and you upper leg level to the ground. Try starting out with 5 sets of 20 seconds each. Adjust the time and sets to your strength.

if you have a stationary bike, thats a good start

also, try lunges, squats, and leg lifts.
