i will answer you about french speaking countries . Belgium (part of it) France Switzerland ( part of it ) Monaco . that is for european countries . In north America :part of Canada .you must add african countries linked there . and Haïti and Lebanon .

note that the answers indicated by Martha concerning "Guadeloupe" Martinique Réunion concern only one country "France " as you would say Alaska or HAwaï . However she made a really good search job . i think you could choose her as "best answer" she deserves it .
