find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Running or fast walking is the best way to loose gut and fat. Also do some sit up and push ups and when lifting weights do not do heavy weights do light weights so that you are not turning your fat into muscle but first getting rid of most fat then getting lean muscle. Regular excercise and diet helps a lot. I weighed 180lbs 3 months ago then I went on diet and started eating healthy, walking then running and started doing light weights but I do more sit us and push up than weight lifting and run a lot, right now i'm down to 145lbs. Start small then pick your pace, spread out your various programs as routine program gets a little boring, cut the fast food and carbonated drink for only 2 months and I promise you, you will see difference. Good luck.

Fast food and late night eating has everything to do with it.it's probably one of the unhealthiest things you can do.If you stop eating 3 hours before you retire at night,it will make a huge difference.Free weights will give you muscle mass.Cardio (walking, running, swimming)will get the fat off.
