YES, I have done it several times...they take your name but they cannot tell the parent if you ask them not to...it has been awhile since I called them on the last lowlife shouldnt have the right to have kids parent....call and ask them...it could save a childs life.

Yes you can, and actually if you don't call and report suspected abuse you are committing a crime and can be charged with child endangerment, even if the kid is a total stranger to you.

yes, and you can say your a neighbor - the parents will never know unless it is a mandated reporter, i.e. school teacher, physician, at that point, they must say who called them. I called once and never gave my name. just said I was a neighbor
