The online ceritfication program wont work for me, and I no longer have the list of schools and codes to do the mail-in application. I cant find the list anywhere online and only need the code for Western Michigan. If anyone has the list and could help thatd be great! Thanks! :)

Have you tried Western Michigan University's financial aid office? They probably have the needed code or know who to contact to figure it out. I have included a link below which should help.

Call the state of Michigan at 888-447-2687. They will allow you to change the school by phone. You will not need the school's code to make the change.
