Should legal resident immigrants who have contributed by legally working in the US be entitled to social security, medicare, IRA retirement savings, corporate ownership, and medicaid (if they fall on hard times)?

What do you mean with should they retain those rights? Why should you take those rights away on the first place? They are here legally.
The only time that those rights are taken away is when their status of Legal Permanent Resident is taken away by the Immigration Judge. This is done when they have been convicted by criminal court of some crimes. These crimes include crimes against person, property, sexual family crimes, Crimes against the authority of the government, Controlled Substance Violations, and others.
As long as these persons obey the law, they should keep their status as a Legal Permanent Aliens.

If legal permanent residents immigrants retain all rights of a citizen then all rights should be included like the "right to have to pay taxes" and the right to be held to the same standards as "americans"

No, as long as they are foreign nationals they should depend on thier own nation for such things as socialist retirement schemes.
Though, some of those things are not strictly citizen-only. Anyone can own stock in a corporation, for instance.

After a certain period of time then yes, I think they should be. They pay taxes too and so should be entitled to some benefits in return.

I think they are entitled to atleast half of those products mainly because you have to pay into it.
