the one is 22, just struggling with getting over her first relationship and it hurts like hell to deal with. But I care too much and know I might end up getting even more hurt in the end. But how stupid is it to silently and wait and fight... I've been there before and know what she must be going through. And I know she needs to figure out how to let go on her own... I just wish I had the power to show her. Logically this is pathetic, I know guys...

Nope, I'm there too! Most important thing you can do is making sure she is relating her feelings honestly and truthfully to you. And knowing your lady enough when to give her space and when to love her. Also you've been thru it so talking to her about your experiences can help as long as you explain it in a way thats on her wave length of seeing it...... of course the old stay, wait, fight formula has worked for countless eons, so good luck! And nothing pathetic about investing in a person.........
