Depends - at lunch today I had a chocolate cookie (the nice ones - soft in the middle) AND a chocolate muffin cos I was having a bad day!
Chocolate milkshake or hot chocolate always does the trick too! (Can you see a theme here?!)
Other than chocolate, mashed potato always hits the spot if I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself!

Chocolate is always a sure bet but I must admit that lately whenever I'm feeling down, I go right to a buffalo burger topped with crushed pine nuts, sour cream, Redi-Whip and crushed Fritos on a sesame-seed bun.

Tends to be something sweet for sure. My daughter loves cheesecake and it is tempting to join in. I used to choose carrot cake thinking it was better than other cake but it isnt really. I think i would probably reach for chocolate or apple pie.
I try to stick to fruit and nuts but when i feel really low i do reach for other things lately it has been muesli bars.

Either a whole bag of Galaxy minstrels or Plain M&Ms. It normally goes with a can of Fosters lager too.

I just finished my plate of machacado and tortillas.
It's made with dry jerked beef, pico de gallo, and eggs.
Yum, Yum!
I really enjoy all comfort foods! Fried, stewed, barbequed! I love comfort foods! Yeah!
