I would recommend the vet because I know how hard it is to lose a rabbit. You could also try a different kind of food maybe she just doesn't like what your feeding her. Good Luck I hope she gets better!!

Is she still passing the same amount of pellets?

In rabbits, as you probably know, not eating and not pooing is a serious problem, so you need to keep a sharp eye in case this is where she's headed. Offer her some nice leafy green vegetables, or whatever she likes best, to tempt her. If she stops eating altogether, or if she stops pooing, she must go to the vets asap. Rabbits do not do well without food for more than 24 hours, and stopping pooing is very bad, usually a sign of an impacted abdomen which can be fatal.

What is your rabbit's diet? A good rabbit diet consists of 75% hay, rabbit pellets (not mix) and vegetables about every other day. They should not be fed iceberg lettuce or carrot tops. Just so you know, in case you need to adjust your rabbit's diet.

As I say, keep a close eye and get her to a vet if she stops eating or pooing. If she's not eating as normal after 48 hours, get her checked by a vet anyway because her teeth may need trimming.

Any change in pet behavior requires a trip to the vet. No one can really tell you if there is a simple solution becuase we here are not vets. A vet is trained to look at the whole animal and see if the lack of eating comes from disease, parasites, age, or other illness.

Your best bet is not to wait and seek medical advise from a vet. Waiting could cause serious problems, and make it harder to treat. Sometimes the sooner you catch a problem the better.

No mention of where you are located but with spring in the air most places are warming up. Rabbits are most active in the early morning and early evening. Particularly as the temp gets warmer. Could it be that you are just not seeing her eat or are the pellets from the last feeding left untouched? If she is truly off her feed (not eating) than it could be something serious and a visit to a vet with rabbit knowledge is advisable. (not all vets are familiar with rabbits as a species and how best to treat them)
Always be sure that there is plenty of fresh clean water available to your rabbit.
Also a helpful tip to help keep your rabbit cool on these soon to arrive hot summer days a 2 litter bottle that is 3/4 full of water (to allow room for expansion as the water freezes) that has been frozen placed in their cage is very effective. As it thaws it releases cool air to cool the cage as well as giving the rabbit something cool to lay against/lick should they choose to.

Rabbits can get into whats called GI Stasis. Thats when their whole digestive system shuts down. A rabbit can only go about 2 days with out eating before there is no return.
Call a "qualified " vet. In the mean time feed it canned pumpkin. It helps the digestive system move. But call now! don't wait!

the best thing is to take to the vets. there could be many reasons why a rabbit won't eat but by the time you take to figure it out the bunny might die. It could be that the teeth have over grown, hairballs, several sicknesses. having a foreign object, and many more.

When animals as small as a bunny get sick, their condition can deteriorate very quickly. If your rabbit seems sick to you, take her in to the vet. You'll save yourself a lot of worry and maybe a lot of sadness, too.
