Sorry, but there’s no official word for wind-chimes, we (Hispanics) say:
adorno de patio musical = Musical patio ornament (decoration)
adorno de viento musical= Musical wind ornament(decoration)
or campanas musicales= musical chimes(bells)

In some south american countries a wind chime is called "quita sueño" and if they are made of metal you can say quita sueño de metal.
