im looking for a birth control method that i can combine with condom, no patchs, pills or injections, im looking for something like gels or sponges, something easy, pleasant but effective and no side efects and messy.

I'd say spermicidal gel. It's only 50% effective on its own, but it combination with condoms it can make you breathe a little easier in case of a rupture.

Sponges work well, but they are kind of messy. Sponges and gels both work well with condoms, but both are messy. A diaphragm would probably work well, but I think you have to use gel with them and that is messy.

I think a diaphragm would be the most effective.

Spermicide is easy... You are being super careful huh? :) Most people don't use anything when they know they should! hehe
