Hello, I have these 2 women (temps who will got permanent in a month) I work with that are nothing but trouble! They go to the boss and make false accusations and feed the boss all the office gossip. Needless to say the bosses love them. They do everything together b/c they are afraid to be confronted by someone in the office ( very few people like them) they go to the bathroom together, the copier, save seats at mtgs, and if I am in the hall they will wait till I am gone to walk out. The same goes for the parking lot…its just crazy I have never seen such crazy behavior! I have had limited contact with them and don’t really work on a close level with in the office yet they are always looking to say something!!! I see them and I seriously can feel my blood boil. I was revenge, I want them out, I want to fight back!!! Help! Any suggestions are needed! Have you dealt with this before?

Are you in a position to tell the bosses why they should not become permanent employees?
Make it about the company and never, ever about personal issues.
What are they doing that might hurt the company, that's where your focus must lie.

Revenge is a big waste of time and energy, but sometime it is necessary to teach people a lesson or two.
Have them said and done anything against you personally or you just do not like them the way they are?
If it's the latter, then I cannot help you because you will always running into people you do not like. If you go after them, then revenge is going to be your full time job.
Otherwise, here is what you should do:
If called divide and conquer. Try to separate the "twins" , then they will become easy targets. You should know what to do next.

The next time they have anything important on their desk pass by and accidentally shred it. Once they loose enough stuff the boss will know they are worthless. Or you can give them more work by adding miscellaneous paperwork to their workload when they arent working.

you can get them back by sending all kinds of anonymous emails and other cool things that will run them both out of the office so they won't want to go perm themselves. You can send the anonymous emails syaing that they have body odor etcs... the list goes on,, visit that site, great idea. also order tons of food from about 5 different takeouts in their name and when it gets delivered sit back and laugh!

Bide your time, because often what goes around comes around...... and if you are a consistently good worker, that will allow you to rise to the top. It won't be long before mgmt sees them for what they are (worthless trash) and their reputations will be worthless.

Why bother with these lunatics? Put your energy into doing a great job and don't waste your time. They'll screw up soon enough and hang themselves, so be patient and don't worry about it.

Keep out of it!! Remember , what goes around comes aroun. That applies to you, too.. They go permanent in about a month. They may be in for a big surprise!!! Be patient and shut up or your feelings could blow up in your face.

Exacting revenge is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. Do yourself a favor and try to channel that energy into something positive. Do it because YOU deserve it, not them.

wrap everything in thier office in tinfoil. Use tape and ceran wrap and fill thier cubicles with packing peanuts.

the more time you watch them the less time you watch what you supposed to be doing all day. watch your work and not other people.
