Can anyone help with an Adobe Premiere Pro problem?

I have Adobe Premiere Pro and I am trying to edit a video I shot. It is of a car and I want to use the program to zoom in on the car. Can I do this? If so how? Basically, how do I zoom in on things with the program? Like faces, flowers, stuff like that?
