Rhinocort is good,
so is flonase.

this is something only you can find out. Everyone's allergies are triggered by different things and the severity depends on your sensitivity to these triggers. I personally use Nasonex and Allegra together... and when i use them daily i keep everything under control. So try something and if you dont get the results with constant use... try something else... :-)

i swear by Rhinocort! i tried flonase & it gave me migraines, but rhinocort is the same thing, sans preservatives (which i'm allergic to).

Rhinocort is terrific.
Talk with your allergist, s/he'll know the latest and greatest to prescribe to you.

Nasonex or Beconase AQ are very good.
