Anaesthesia is a process
Penicillin is a medication, specifically a beta-lactam antibiotic

I'm not sure what there is to compare/contrast.

Anaesthetic medications are a diverse group of drugs - also difficult to compare/contrast.

I suppose you can give them by similar routes (inhaled penicillin is rare, but possible, just like oral anaesthetics), but this is true of many medications. They are just so dissimilar.

there is no difference between any anesthetic and penicillin, neither in terms of structure, nor activity.

To compare and contrast is redundant!

Compare:

To consider or describe as similar, equal, or analogous; liken.

Contrast:

To show differences when compared

Your problem is noted!
