No, fair would have been him dying 20 years ago.

You will die too one day. Are you ready to face God? You should be more concerned with your own soul than with Jerry Falwell. What you think about him makes no difference to anyone, except perhaps God. You will be judged with the same standard you judge others with. Content with your judgement on Mr. Falwell?

Fair has nothing to do with it. EVERYBODY dies. They always have, and always will. Falwell was just another sheep in the herd, and not really worth the attention he's getting now anyway.

Fair? I think that is a strange word to use. Everyone dies, some before others. I wouldn't say it's fair. But he had a fairly long life.

Everybody has to die. The unfair part is how he inflicted misery on other people by condemning them for their lifestyles. Self-righteous arrogance is condemned by Jesus, but Falwell insisted on making outrageous statements, all while ignoring his personal sin of gluttony. Baptist article:

Fairness doesn't apply. Absolutely everyone who is born will die one day. It's part of the natural life cycle.

Only in the sense that it's fair that we all die. There have been no exceptions so far. He got what was coming to him... we all will.

No, it's not fair that he lived. He ripped off so many ignorant people. He took advantage of the weak!!

Is it fair that someone died? You were tired of him so you think it was fair that he died? Hmmm...

Well, the wonderful thing about death is that for believers in Christ, it's the beginning of a wonderful eternity with our Father. While we mourn someone's passing, we celebrate their life and their new place in heaven. So while your attitude towards his death shows a callous disregard for the mourning family and friends, we rejoice in the fact that he is home.

I'm not going to miss him.

Now Pat Roberson is a constant source of amusement and I hope he lives a long time. I hope that God tells him to run for President again.
