Some say, never speak ill of the dead, however,Falwell was an over publicized, opinionated, false Shepard of some of the Christian fanatics.I hope he knows how misleading he was to the sheep, now that he's left his politically motivated preaching behind him.R.I.P.,may God have Mercy on his Soul, and I hope his followers don't make him into a saint.Hopefully someone with a genuine Christian message will replace him.

Rev Jerry Falwell's passing is the will of God. None of us know how long God intends for us to live. But through God's Word in the Bible, we are told by God how we are to live. It's up to us whether we do what we are instructed to do or not. That is what free choice is all about. I choose to follow God to the best of my abilities, and I'm sure that Rev Falwell did the best he could do, when God finally called him home to be with Him in heaven. Praise the Lord!!

Hopefully someone who isn't twisted by bigotry, prejudice and hypocrisy as Falwell was. I think he was a horrible example of a man of God. I wish him the clarity and truth in death that he never had a nodding acquaintance with in life.

If somebody wants to replace Jerry Falwell you have to speak fundamentalist. You know, Nicean creed with a three person trinity, faith alone, predestination, etc. The usual fundamentalist false doctrine offering.

Most people -- including myself -- think Dr. Ergun Caner will replace Rev. Falwell. Dr. Caner is a convert from Islam and one heck of a preacher.
