My boyfriend and I work together and tonight he gave me a dozen roses after work. We both have all morning off tomorrow and he said he was tired and wanted to go home. I said okay and I left but I noticed his car was still in the parking lot. So I turned around to check on him because he sometimes has car problems. He then was like "Oh I'm just relaxing" and I was like "I thought you said you were tired" and he was like "yahh I am, let's go" so he drives off and then parks a little ways down again. I got upset and he goes "I knew you were going to come that's why I did it!" and then he did it again another time. Then he finally left for good. I've never not trusted him until now but I do know he likes to play mind games with me. What should I do and should I be concerned or no? Thanks!

Yes, be suspicious and lose him! If he actually cared about you, he wouldn't play games with you like that anyway. Good luck finding a new guy!!!!!

Sounds like he wasn't as tired of work as he was of you. Since you work together and are in a relationship, he might just need a break from but felt he had to lie his way into one because he thought you wouldn't understand. I think that's why he said "I knew you were going to come that's why I did it"
Give him the break and he will be happy when he Is with you. Make sure you tell him he can be honest with you about these things, and ask him why he really did it, because one shouldn't feel too crowded in a relationship. Working together tends to put a strain on relationships, so respect his wishes and it should be okay in the long-term, if not the short.

I would wonder about the roses and wonder if he were planning on meeting someone else. Mind games are not a good thing in a relationship, and if a guy truly cares about you, he will not do it for fear of losing you. You need to sit him down and discuss this!

Don't let his mind games work on you. Refuse to play back and he will get bored of trying. I don't think he would have brought you a dozen roses if he didn't love you. I don't think you have anything to worry about. He was just seeing how you would react. Let it go and enjoy the good times together.

I would not trust him either. Mind games are horrible and not acceptable in a marriage.
I would tell him that mind games end or the marriage is over.

tell him to grow up and then you better decide if you want to spend the rest of your life with someone that you obviously do not trust or someone that likes to play with people's minds and emotions

i'm assuming he was playing games with you....he wants to know if you get jealous or not?? but ofcourse you did....so i guess for him HE LIKES THAT....
my bf too likes doing that making me jealous he likes mention something that he know i'll get jealous....well i guess they used that to know if we like or love them that much..you know what i mean??
to be honest myself likes doing that to see if my bf will be jealous cuz sometime it feel good if they get kinda jealous as long that they wont get psycho...lol
