That's about it to be Happy...As long as you are a good person and you help others that are in need you will be Happy..Happiness comes from how we see ourselves...If we Respect ourselves and treat people well we will feel good about ourselves and be Happy!
I'd Say Faith in God as well but I was assuming you meant Instructions to make you happy without Jesus any other prophet and God...

If the first instruction is to love Jesus... that probably covers it. But most people love their own opinions far more than they love Jesus
