My daughter is 3 and a half months old . I had an emergency c-section with her and everything went fine . My incision healed good but after it healed when I would lay a certain way I would get a sharp pain in the right side of my lower abdomen. Kind of like someone was pinching me with plyers. Ever since then I have had weird pains now and then in my whole lower abdomen . About two weeks ago if that I was feeling my abdomen and felt a lump in the far left side ( the same feeling lump as if your glands are swollen ) . My stomach has been sore when I would push around and feel it and It feels like there is stuff in there that shouldnt be. I feel the top of my stomach and then the lower portion and it feels wrong ... The other night I had a gut sinking BAD feeling and a terrible stomach ache.
I dont know if you have ever heard that in some cases surgeons are known to leave equipment or even gauze inside a patients body .. it happens mostly with heavy people and im a heavy weighing 260

I have a drs appointment thursday but what worries me is if per say , gauze was left inside me .. it soaks up the blood and when an x-ray and such is done ... the gauze resembles an organ/body part so its hard to define. Also , could it be an ovarian pregnancy...

I would go to the doctor and get checked. When you have a c-section, there are 2 incisions. One on your uterus and one on your stomach. It is possible that your uterine incision has opened or become infected.

I have heard of things being left inside of patients, but that isn't ok. I suggest you go to the ER. It is better to be safe than sorry in this situation. If you are wrong so what, but if you are right you should have it fixed and you may be saving yourself a lot of pain, agony, money and maybe even something more serious like death or not being able to have children or getting an infection. Go immediately and make sure.

i was going throught he same thing it sounds like an incision came lose or you could have internal bleeding happening have the doctor do an xray and ultersound to rule anything out good luck

Take a trip to the ER and have it checked out! If there is an infection then it needs to be treated before it gets worse, and if something was left inside of you then it needs to come out! Please get looked at. Good Luck!!! HUGS!!! oh and Congrats on the baby!!!!!!!!!
