yes when I was young my dad cheated allot and I was always there to see it, sometimes he would leave me with other women and when my step mom would ask me were I was I wouldn't know what to say, so when I answered that I was at my other step mothers house she would say I was lying(which i was) but I didn't know what to say so I would get punished for lying or telling the truth. I'm glad I'm grown-up!!! I always felt my dad was a jerk for what he did and not defending me. I don't visit him very often, maybe 2 times a year if he's lucky and I live 45Min's away.

I dont think a single day ever passed without me getting the blame for something some1 else did. Especially at school. I still remember the day I got given detention for locking my Geography teacher in her storeroom. And then there was the time some1 let rip in the middle of assembly! 300+ kids in a room, 1 lets go the mightiest fart uve ever heard and they manage to pin it on me when by my reckoning it was let off at least 3 rows in front of the row i was in!

Ah....and what about the time some1 taped Mr Purnell's desk draws shut using no less that 4 roles of stickytape? Who do we think got the blame for that??

And people wonder why I hated school!!!!!

Yes. I think I was in trouble the whole time I was in high school. I always got blamed for everything and took the blame for stuff my sister did to help her out. We always pretty much helped each other out the best we could.

Yup. Parents aren't perfect either. Now I am a parent of 4 kids, and I know that I have done this myself. For example, I have a child (a boy) who is not exactly truthful in most circumstances. 2 of the others (girls) usually tell the truth. A window is broken, the 2 girls say the boy did it, and the boy says he didn't. Who to believe? I believed the girls....turns out they lied. In a way, my son brought this on himself because of his past behaviors. I suggest that you think through of what you may have done to bring this on yourself. Do you lie a lot? Do you frequently get in trouble for things you did do? You can't blame them for not believing you. And besides, I'm sure you've done things that you got away with...consider this your punishment for all those things!

Of course...all the time. That was before the laws have changed and before secrets were kept hidden and communication was minimal.

no not really, I got caught after every single stupid thing I did. But I put the blame on other people for the things they didn't do.

Lord I'm really sorry
