about a week ago, when the warm weather hit,i got like a head cold and have been very tired and just not my self

Yes. Add on the fact that some medications you have to take make you drowsy and that makes things 10 times worse. I'm going through that myself. Dont you just hate seasonal allergies?

Yes they can many different allergy's can. During the spring I get the sneezes and I get so tired and worn out fast.

yes, and it doesn't help that the medicines that work the best can also make you drowsy.
