put some lemon in hot water and drink!

we give surgical patients with the bloat Peppermint herbal tea, works like a charm. But don't put sugar or any sweetner in it, that will just add to the bloat, so peppermint candies are not a good idea.

My friend swears by Activia by danon....... apparently it works after a week of regular 1 or 2 a day!!!!

Try boiled water, obviously you got to let cool to a temperature thats drinkable first!!!

I would try your local health shops.

I tried those pro biotic yogurts but they gave me a horrendous rash!!!
