Below is a list of musuems in Florida and those across the border in Georgia. It's probably a bit too far away but if its an option the Florida Railroad Museum is an excellent musuem with lots of exhibits and historic equipment to see.

And yes, there is a museum in Yulee (well, sort of), the annual Yulee Railroad Days which is coming up at the end of the month.
