You'll feel hungry when you give up beer, so try these foods and drinks to fill you up....
Orange Juice
Steamed milk w/ honey (at night)
Coffee
Green Tea (unsweetened)
Homemade Iced Tea or Lemonaide (lightly sweetened or unsweetened)
Pears
Sugar Smacks (the cerial)
To relax, take a hot epsolm salt bath once in a while... not more than once a week tho. Drink water when u do, cuz the salt can dehydrate you a bit.
Do not drink Odoulls. It'll just make you want the real thing.
Good Luck, dude.

regrettably for you there are no longer any beers that have not have been given alcohol in them AND nonetheless flavor like beer. each and all of the socalled Non-Alcoholic beers start up as actual beer however the alcohol is bumped off yet a hint continues to be. Now while you're particular you haven't any longer have been given a ingesting subject you're alright to drink them. yet once you're incorrect with regard to the subject, you will quickly understand considering which you would be returned on the previous fat TIRE recurring interior of say 2 days. I assure it. a actual alcoholic has a unusual psychological twist that motives him to CRAVE alcohol. customary human beings don't have that yearning and that they often do no longer drink a form of and that they are not getting below the effect of alcohol different than on enormous holidays. a actual alcoholic has a unusual actual twist in that when he's taking a drink of alcohol( inclkuding beer), he will prefer further and added till the present furnish is exhausted and trhen he gets extra. Sound time-honored? If any of this does; you're an alcoholic, yet considering that's a inventive ailment it ought to have not gotten so undesirable which you are able to not forget approximately it. customary human beings do no longer ask your self whether they have a ingesting subject.

I know a man that likes O'Douls (sp?) It's a non alchoholic beer. Other than that, if fruit juice is too sweet, dilute it with water or seltzer water. Iced herb teas will not keep you up in the evenings and come in lots of nice flavors. Good Luck.

What's the reason you gave up on beer? taste, carbs, money,...need more information for good advise
I think someone else said, but red wine would be a good substitute, or some of the low carb beers, they taste different at first, but with a little time it grows on you.

I like flavored seltzer water, it gives me the fizz and flavor without the nasty sweetness of soda. A substitute with a little bite would be hard cider, I enjoy Strongbow, Magners, Woodchuck, and Original Sin.

What about flavored water? I'm a fan of aquafina's raspberry water (dasani is too sweet). Or just add lemon juice to regular water to give it a bit extra flavor.

Have you tried an O'Douls? It is non alchohol and for those who just like the taste of beer but don't want the alchohol issues, this is the best one I have drank.

I don't see how anybody could advise you on what you like to drink.
I cannot drink alcohol, and when I want a beer, I think O'Doul's is pretty darn good.
