Lots of fluids. Ginger helps reduce nausea, so some naturally flavord ginger ale can be soothing to sip. Eat light. Crackers, rice, stuff like that. Take a multivitamin. Some immodium can help you retain what fluids you take in. Follow the directions.
You pretty much have to let a virus run its course.

In hospitals this is what we do:
Nothing by mouth for 8 hours after you throw up. Then, only clear liquids for 24 hours, then, reintroduce bland foods, like unsalted crackers, dry toast, and yogurt.
If you cannot keep Tylenol down, ask your pharmacist for tylenol suppositories to reduce fever and relieve aches and pains.

try using green black watnut tincure, and or cat's claw ( the kind from peru) to help build ur immunity system, and google "hulka clark" for the complete list of the three herbs to kill viruses and parasites in the body. She has several books, but one called THE CURE OF ALL DISEASES is very helpful
