Where is the best places/resources to look for medical missions in Africia (in particular Nigeria)? Thanks!?

About to start my 3rd year in residency and want to take part of international medicine.

look for missionaries through your local churches, this will lead you through a chain of missionaries to the ones that you are trying to find, good luck
