I am nearly homeless, unable to work and waiting on Social Security and the State of Indiana to see if I qualify under all theses Guidelines to receive, In the mean time I have had Pastors tell me we cannot help you that's why we have welfare agencies, and another Pastor say, well that's too bad! Is there any Church that teaches the Bible? I doubt it! Matthew 25:31-46, I like verse 40, that is the measure of the tape! If you know of anyone who can help! Please answer!

Alex J good answer! To those of you who aren't all there and judging me you try living with crippling pain 24 hours a day. Where a even the pain medications don't ease the pain enough for me to sleep. I have been to several churches, and to the state and county and township, you can only get help for one month in a calendar year. If you all were in my situation I would not judge you! I would try and seriously try to help! but I will pray that you all find Jesus!

The answer is theoretically yes. It is true that many churches are turning away from the Bible, but that is a sign of end times. My suggestion is that you find an Assembly of God church and if they to turn you away then tell them the Scripture that you used in your question.

That question is absurd! Yes there are churches that serve God. If you're so "nearly homeless" why are you paying for Internet?

Your township commissioners usually have $$$ available to help others.

Maybe the pastors haven't wanted to help you for a reason? Have you thought about that yet?

If all of this is true, where are you accessing the internet and WHY aren't you out looking for a homeless shelter or another charitable group?

I know of MANY places in my state that offer clothing, shelter, free meals, food etc... to anyone without having to prove anything. some of these are faith based initiatives, others are not.
