If you were offended, let the manager know. People go out to eat to have a good time and to be treated special. If she ruined it for you, then let the boss know. He might not have a clue. Don't embarrass her, she probably dresses that way because of low self esteem, she loves her body, or wants better tips! But if you weren't offended, tell her the shirt is low cut/ you like it/her skin tone is great.....etc... Tipping her big lets her know that it's OK to wear that kind of shirt.

I'm sure a guy would just smile and find ways to make her come back to the table - women, would probablly just be totally repulsed and fume the entire meal and then ***** about it the whole care ride home. Were you at Hooters, possibly? I swear, I think it is in employee manual to stick their ta-ta's in mens faces.
