I am nearly 16... my mum wouldnt give her permission. Do you know anywhere which will let me have it done with out ID?

but I know on a number of occasions they've not I.D'd

Personally, I don't like them either. I did, but then I saw a few too many get gross--and ewww..yuck. Anyways, I think that you should do a powerpoint presentation to sell the idea to your parents. This will give you visuals to use and your parents will know that it is not just a whim of an idea. In your presentation, include pictures of: tasteful piercings, the place where you want to get it done, their awards, your smiling face for the concluding slide. Put up the pros and cons--consider everything so your parents know that you have weighed all your options most important part of your presentation: be prepared for them to say no, but before they deny you your wish provide them with alternatives so you can at least get something (hair dyed, additional ear piercing, new outfit, new computer, tatoo, etc.) Hope I was helpful and good luck!

No, I'm sorry i don't Know any place you could go to in Cardiff. I will say it's going to be extremely hard to find such a place that is willing to or going to pierce you with out I.D.
I have had my tongue done, both of my ears, my labret, and my eyebrow done and every time i was asked for my Driver's license and they actually went and made a copy of it. I was also asked to sign a from stating i was over the age of 18.
Is it really worth doing if you are not given permission?

I hate to be mean, but you do not want or need to get your cute little belly-button pierced. It is the worst place to get one because of the risk of infection. Your belly button area gets moist and funky on it's own, pierce it and it will really get bad. If you don't take care of it properly you could end up with an infection and really be sorry. And if you're asking for a place that doesn't require I.D.'s, I wouldn't trust them to do a good job and be an upstanding business that cares about their patients. Trust me, you should consider yourself a patient if you want to put a whole through your body, would you really want some seedy character doing a medical type procedure on you? Think about the consequences honey, someone out here really cares about you.

You should not go against your mothers wishes. She is only caring for you and loving you. I am sure she has your best interest in mind and is trying to protect you. Honor her wishes. It will nake both of you much happier. Also, I would not go to anyplace that would do that. If they are willing to bend the rules about permission, then what health code rules are they bendng? You have your entire life ahead of you. Your mom realizes this and is caring for your future.

if you can get a piercing without ID well the place must be dodgy and best avoided.besides 15 is too young.

if you find such a place, you should definitely NOT get peirced there... it's shady
