Falling in love with someone is a process or beginning. When you have decided that you really love this person then you have achieved loving that person.
If you want to add "being in love" then you have chosen this person as romantic lover or mate.

Falling in love is a temporary state that can lead to loving someone, but more often than not ends in disappointment when you really get to know the person. Actually loving someone is really knowing the person and loving them despite all their flaws and personality traits.

Falling for someone means that your liking that person and your feeling are getting stronger. Loving someone means you already have those strong feelings that you are already in love with that person. Falling in love is like your on your way to loving that someone.

if you can fall into love, you can also fall out of love. Loving someone is an action, choicing to love that person everyday no matter how annoying they may get today.

well falling in love, most of the time you don't realize you are, and loving someone you are conscious of it, because if you arent conscious of it then you arent loving them fully.
