Everytime he fondels me, he touches my chin and wants me to look at him straight into his eyes and a tell him if I like it and what I want. What does that mean for a guy when he wants me to continue to look at him when I am enjoying it?

Never mix business and pleasure----it comes back to haunt you big time. He might well tell others how you do it---like that! Also you'll be a stud in his belt and the stories will hold on for years. Women with a brain don't oink co-workers, invariably it costs you your job in some way. Remember I told you so.

It means he enjoys the control he has on you. Nothing wrong with that, in fact it can be quite the turn-on.

He probably just gets off on feeling that connection with you. I can imagine it must make you feel uncomfortable though. Tell him you'd rather him just watch you enjoy it. Say it's hard to concentrate when your eyes are open.
