Vitamin D helps, if you don’t like pills there is a lot in milk. What really helps is the habit of remembering dreams. Start a dream diary. Every time you wake up write in it even if you don’t remember, after awhile you will remember more.
As for dreaming about what you want, I can do this. First thing is to be aware that you are dreaming then it should be easy. However I find that if I change what I am dreaming about too much I wake up.

Hi,
Dreams are caused by the pineal gland in our brain secreting a chemical called DMT, which is similar in structure to LSD, another hallucinogen.
