Country folks used to call that "Keeping Company."

Today it is more commonly called "Dating."

I applaud both of you!

From here where I live, we call that the "mutual understanding" stage. Or "M-U" for short. Kinda corny, I know. Anyway...

I admire you both for your friendship and the fact that you are willing to wait and save sex for marriage.

Your deep friendship is a real great foundation. Treasure and cherish it. It will do you good and will lead you both, and get you through, all through life.

Cheers and all the best.

I would call it just that...dating. You are dating this man. Until one of you specifies that it is exclusive I wouldn't assume. If you're not sure, you could ask him. That does open you up for disappointment should he not want anything more yet. It hasn't been that long yet so I would just wait and continue dating him. Sounds like you are having a lot of fun and building a solid relationship. Relax and enjoy it!

you are friends, that's it. If you think some legal status is more important than sex, then there is no intimacy. At least your desire to have sex with each other is less than the desire to get a piece of legal paper...
