I cooked a bolognaise last friday night and was wondering if it would still be ok to eat by tonight? - It has been covered and kept in the fridge.

i'd say it should be fine. make sue you reheat it thoroughly..of course. if microwaving, do it at say 2 min intervals, leaving to stand for a minute then stirring to make sure it gets heated through evenly.
the nose is the most sensitive sense - will turn your stomach even before your eyes! so give a sniffa nd see how you feel! if you still fancy it, go ahead.

Yes it is fine to eat as long as it is piping hot, remember to stir it to ensure even heating. The rule is you can freeze it once from fresh, thaw it cook it and it can be frozen once more. I wouldn't add salt as most sauces are quite salty. I once had to freeze breast milk as my baby was in hospital 40 miles away, sometimes it would defrost a little on the journey. So the nutritionist clarified that if it was mostly solid it could be frozen on arrival.

I'd say no as it's been 4 days and even in a fridge it's chancing it.
If you're going to eat it anyway make sure you heat it very thoroughly to kill any bacteria that may be lurking in there.

i would only keep any meats esp cooked in the fridge 4 max 3 days. When you decide to cook it make sure it reaches at least 75degrees c. ( Id bin what you have sorry)

Perfectly okay to eat now. Just make absolutely sure it gets heated thoroughly. Otherwise YES you may end up with a dodgy tum.

When was the use by date for the meat???? if it is still in date then yes no problem just make sure you re-heat really hot not just warm
