nice question personally i like the feeling of not having panties on and yes in case of those moment encounters it always helps so to answer your question i am going to say for both reasons.

Believe it or not, it is healthy to do that. It is good to let air get to that "region". The other way to do that is wear all cotton underwear. Not too many woman wear the old fashioned cotton undies but wearing the others do not let air get to the body.
Course not wearing any because they can flash a guy is a possible reason as well as the feeling of "freedom" plus the huge advantage of no panty lines.
I'm all for it as long as I am wearing my mirrored sunglasses. I don't care to go " Commando" myself since I never got the 10% off. That creates a zipper problem.

they do it for bolth depends on the girl some just want u to see there snatch an others just like to feel the breeze lol y do guy like the feeling of a breeze in there shorts probly the same reason u know

hey, we're all nekked under our clothes... some of us just like being closer to really being nekked... and it's convienant for those spur of the moment encounters...
