But just in case you are serious
I don't always understand what God has in mind. But a few things are clear he normally works within natural laws.
So without very special reasons you won't just pop up there.
Working for the things you want builds character.
If you really want to go to Europe, find a new job, or work some overtime, and save your money.
And buy a ticket. Over maybe you can find a church in your local area that is planning a mission trip to Europe, if you help them the Church may help you as well.
