Most people that have lost that kind of weight will tell you that it took them a year to a year and half to lose that much weight. Why would a good doctor tell someone to lose 100 pounds in 5 months....get a second opinion!

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Take no solids/liquids other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Eat uncooked food first. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate ur autosystem and u will know precisely when u r hungry and when u r full.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have aspired for all these days within a short period and that too w/o hassles.

your doctor wouldnt ask you to do that because its completely unsafe to lose that much weight that fast. he can tell you that you should lose a certain weight in 5 months but it certainly wouldnt be 100 pounds

I would get in touch with the nutritionist weight loss specialist I used and ask him. He helped me lose 36 pounds and my sister 75 pounds. His advice and support is just great and he ensures you are healthy throuhout your weight loss program. he only uses all natural products and they are great too. Try www.myhealthabc.com, you wont be dissapointed. He can advise you on what is best. Good luck.

Ask him how?
How do you lose 100 lbs in 5 months safely?

I don't think you can without killing yourself.

Even people that have stomach surgery can't drop over 30lbs a month. That's a lb. per day. No way.

I cant recommend this enough... go speak to a registered nutritionist. Your doctor can refer you to one. They can go over food choices with you, and even let you know about exercise. Try going to one.... they are of big help!

I'd ask for a referral to a nutritionist, ask the nutritionist to help me work out a diet regime for weight loss, then I would find a personal trainer to get me and keep me active.

I would work out, like simple things for hours each day and eat healthy, what else would you do? Never give no matter how hard it is...
