Honey garlic suicide is my favourite. I tried them in a local pub here a while ago, and I was sceptic at first in regards to suicide, but I really enjoyed them and willing to make my own the same way.

I prefer a honey BBQ or sweet BBQ - don't get me wrong, I can handle some seriously HOT wings. The problem I've found is that most places use too much vinger in their hotter sauces - the hotter the wings, the more vinegar they use. I personally can't stand vinegar. So, rather than spending all that money on wings I won't eat, I just stick with something I know isn't going to disappoint me.

Soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, ginger, and lemongrass. Marinade for about 2 hours in fridge, grill. While wings are grilling, take the remaining marinade, bring to a boil reduce heat, and add honey. brush wings about 2 minutes before there done. sprinkle some crushed unsalted peanuts on top and enjoy. I f you want a kick add some Thai chilies to the marinade, be careful there hot, especially if there are youngsters around that may accidentally take the wrong wings!
