Yes they are three distinct parts, and yes it is polytheism .. as the Father has a meaning for the name and the Son has a meaning for the name ... And Jesus " the Son " was calling and praying for his Father.

The contradiction is the when they say that the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit are one, but they are different ?

They are three distinct beings. Your polytheism claim was made way back in the 400 AD era. Do some homework.
All through the New Testament, Christ tells us and shows us that they are 3 distinct beings. The best example I can think of is Christ's baptism. All 3 were manifest to mankind.

Yes you can. However, when the Son becomes the Father He can no longer be around humans because He is a consuming fire of energy and light. He must become the Son which can be touched and seen. God is Spirit, therefore the Holy Spirit is within us and again a portion of God's Spirit because God the Father is Spirit and consuming fire. God wants to love us and not kill us.

God is like a Tree. Jesus was called a Branch. The Trinity is One God and the Only God. All else are false.

I think the trinity is 3 different aspects of God. You would say it's God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. You just have to study this I think to understand how they work together. This is one God, not 3.

Trinity = God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. These three are one.

The Trinity is one God. This one God is made up of three persons in the God head; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are the same in substance, equal in power.

If Jesus is one person of the Godhead, and the father is another it would be a contradiction in logic to say that they one person.

Jesus is God. Those that reject this truth, and do not repent will not enter heaven.

John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I AM, ye shall die in your sins. (cf. Exodus 3:14)

And Thomas answered and said unto him (i.e. JESUS), MY LORD and MY GOD.

I've heard the egg analogy as a kid. According to it, they are all one but are separte parts of one. God is the yolk, Jesus is the egg whites, and the holy ghost is the shell. I thought the whole notion was very difficult to understand. Now I find it difficult to believe.

I agree with you.... even if you look at it that its 1x1x1=1 but then does god have 3 different bodies or personalities? I am sure God is not bipolar.

When you multiply 1 X 1 X 1, how many do you get? Three? Or one?
