Just grab your leg panty/shorts lines at the thigh and go for pulling the wedge out. Or grab them at the butt and yank for em out. There's no fast way but the obvious.

just take a fast look around and pick it if no-one's looking. that's all you can do unless you want to try to squirm it out but that takes longer and it will look like you have to pee really bad.
