Legally you can only fill it every thirty days. You can't even have a prescription with refills the doctor has to write a new one every time. You can usually fill it a few days before your thirty days is up just so you don't run out. If you do it too soon the pharmacy won't fill it. At my pharmacy the computer comes back and says it is too soon and that you have to wait.

You can only get it filled every 30 days unless your doctor increases your dose and gives you another prescription. If you continue to get early refills, (if the pharmacy did let u), wour insurance would find out and more than likely send a letter to your doctor. At which time they would probably discuss this with you.

Adderall is a controlled substance, no pharmacist will refill it before it is due to be refilled, at least not without calling and talking to the doctor. So if you are using it too fast or selling it, you are stuck, and it does show a pattern, you risk losing your prescription entirely if the doctor thinks you are abusing it.
