I am also allergic to mold. I've learned that prevention is the best medicine. I take my allegra D ahead of time and have saved myself a lot of trips to the doctor.

This was just on the news the other day. If you know you're going to get an allergy attack, you should take your medication before you start suffering.

Me personally, i'd wait until I was really really suffering. I hate taking any kind of medicine!

I have a better answer for you. Find a NAET therapist, he or she can get rid of allergy FOREVER.
