Yes, it does, and anyone who tells me not to think, I question immediately

If you got the truth, the truth will stand up to any scrutiny. If you don't have the truth, then you tell people to trust you

In a way of speaking yes it does mean that.....children are not trying to over think anything, they are willing to listen and feel, not to judge and use the brain, but the heart. Jesus wants us to come to him, humble, and with the faith and heart of a child. Seems like a wonderful concept.

Haha. Jesus meant come to him like little children. Pure in heart, innocent and trusting. Children have complete trust and faith..

I don't believe that Jesus wants a bunch of non-thinkers around Him.

I think, though, that He would be pleased if we were more childlike:
Giving love freely
Laughing easily
Judging little
Having faith that makes it easy to believe in Him
Opening our hearts
Seeing the beauty around us
Accepting God without putting conditions on Him

Christ wants us to be trusting and teachable.

Our liberal public school system is happy with indoctrinating our children with socialist, atheistic theories. Looks like we have 2 religions going on here. One just happens to be supported by the government. I thought there wasn't suppose to be a state ran religion.

Also, little children don't judge others all that much, either. They just want to learn and be happy.

Yes - I think to some degree. If we are so busy "thinking" about everything - we can easily miss the simplistic beauty of Christ. Something children rarely do.

he meant in the sense that childrens brains are like spunges and take in alot of knowldge. remember back to when you where a kid if sum1 said sumthing u would immediatly go "why" and question it to the full extent. so if anything you should think more.

You are somewhat on the right path with what you are saying. It actually means to have the 'faith' of a little child, when believing in God.

I think he means in a child-like way, which is very different to a childish way... I think not thinking would be more of the second type. After all, didn't God create us with brains so that we could use them and think?

I always thought it meant that we were like children to god. We'll never be able to have the wisdom he has and he protects us like children... who knows you can interpret it in a lot of ways
