How do you get rid of a sore throat and and a blocked throat??????

It depends on what's causing the soreness or blockage. If it's completely blocked you need to see a doctor, not us.
For a sore throat, gargle salt water or drink tea with lemon and honey.

Try gargling with almost hot salt water a few times a day. It will taste funky but it's better than antibiotics which you may still need if you have strep. Hope you feel better soon :)
